June 23, 2021--The New Paradigm
In new paradigm organizations,
individuals act collaboratively.
The contribution of each person is essential
but no one is a star.
The stars are retired as the old paradigm
begins to fade into oblivion.
In the new paradigm, people are valued
for who they are, as well as for what they do.
Hierarchies are replaced by Equalities.
