April 19, 2021--Feeling Overwhelmed
Sometimes our feelings overwhelm us.
But that is usually because we are afraid of them
and try to push them away.
Instead of resisting the feeling
and trying to make it go away,
try breathing into it.
Use the breath to establish a place of peace
where you can abide with your feelings,
and listen to the message they bring.
